Ballerina doll amigurumi free English pattern

MATERIALS:

2 mm tulip crochet hook

6 mm safety eyes

Fabric glue

Fiberfill

Tapestry needle

Pins and scissor


YARNS:


Milk cotton yarn in

Blush (skin color) – arms, legs, and head

Pink Lemonade – shoes, body, and skirt

Tawny - hair

Mercerized cotton thread

in Black for st marker


ABBREVIATIONS:


RND - round

RNDS - rounds

ch - chain

chs - chains

sc - single crochet

st - stitch

sts - stitches

sl st - slip stitch

inc - increase

dec – decrease

dc – double crochet

hdc – half double crochet

FLO - front loop only

BLO – back loop only


ARMS (make 2)
Starting with skin color yarn

RND 1: Make a magic ring, ch 1, 6 sc inside

Sl st in the 1st st, and ch 1

(Do these in each RND of the arms)

RND 2 - 11: sc all around = 10 RNDS of 6 sc

Flatten the edges, 3 sc through sts of both layers (closing the hole). Fasten off and cut off the yarn leaving a small yarn tail




SHOES and Legs (make 2)
Starting with Pink Lemonade yarn
Stuff as you go

RND 1: Make a magic ring, ch 1 and 6 sc inside

Sl st in the 1st st, and ch 1

(Do these in each RND of the shoes and legs)

RND 2: 2 sc, 1 inc (2x) = 8 sc

RND 3: sc all around = 1 RND of 8 sc

Cut off the yarn leaving a small yarn tail

Continue working on the legs

change the yarn to Skin color, place it in the first st and ch 1

RND 4 - 13: sc all around = 10 RNDS of 8 sc

Sl st in the first st and cut off the yarn leaving a small yarn tail.

change the yarn to Pink Lemonade

Place it in the 1st st of RND 13

RND 14: sc all around = 1 RND of 8 sc

Sl st in the first st and cut off the yarn


Make the other shoes and legs with the same procedures and continue working on the body with the same yarn.


BODY

Ch 6, sl st in the first st of the other legs

RND 1: ch 1, 8 sc around the legs, 1 sc in each 6 chs, 8 sc around of the other legs, 1 sc in each of the other side of 6 chs = 28 sc

Put an st marker in the first st and work in a continuous spiral

RND 2 & 3: sc all around = 2 RNDS of 28 sc

RND 4: BLO, sc all around = 1 RND of 28 sc

Stuff the body as you go

RND 5: 5 sc, 1 dec (4x) = 24 sc

RND 6 & 7: sc all around = 2 RNDS of 24 sc

RND 8: 4 sc, 1 dec (4x) = 20 sc

RND 9: 8 sc, 1 dec (2x) = 18 sc

RND 10 - 14: sc all around = 5 RNDS of 18 sc

Sl st in the first st and cut off the yarn, leaving a short yarn tail.

change the yarn to Skin color and place it in the back loop of the first st and ch 1

RND 15: BLO 3 sc, join the arms on the body 3 sc through sts of both layers, BLO 1 sc in each of the next 6 sts, join the other arms 3 sc through sts of both layers, BLO 3 sc = 18 sc

(Stuff the body as you go)

RND 16: 1 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 12 sc

RND 17: dec (6x) = 6 sc

Continue working on the head with the same yarn


HEAD

RND 1: FLO inc (6x) = 12 sc

Put an st marker in the first st and work in a continuous spiral

RND 2: 1 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 18 sc

RND 3: 1 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc (6x) = 24 sc

Start the RND with 1 sc & 1 inc then continue to 2 sc & 1 inc around (end the RND with 1 sc)

RND 4: 3 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 30 sc

RND 5: 2 sc, 1 inc, 4 sc (6x) = 36 sc

Start the RND with 2 sc & 1 inc then continue to 4 sc & 1 inc around (end the RND with 2 sc)

RND 6: 5 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 42 sc

RND 7 - 10: sc all around = 4 RNDS of 42 sc

Put the st markers to RND 10 in 20 and 28 st (7 sts apart)

RND 11 - 13: sc all around = 3 RNDS of 42 sc

Place the safety eyes where you placed the st markers

RND 14: 5 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 36 sc

RND 15: 2 sc, 1 dec, 4 sc (6x) = 30 sc

Start the RND with 2 sc & 1 dec then continue to 4 sc & 1 dec around (end the RND with 2 sc)

RND 16: 3 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 24 sc

RND 17: 2 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 18 sc

Stuff the head firmly with fiberfill

RND 18: 1 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 12 sc

RND 19: dec (6x) = 6 sc

Sl st in the first st and cut off the yarn leaving a long yarn tail. Weave in the front loops of the rest 6 sts, then pull to close the hole, insert the needle above the head and come out in the middle of RND 8 then embroider the nose in 2 sts only (4 strands of yarn).

Hide the yarn tail in sts and cut off the yarn


HAIR BUN

RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring

Sl st in the 1s st, and ch1

(Do these in each RND of hair bun)

RND 2: inc (6x) = 12 sc

RND 3: 1 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 18 sc

RND 4 & 5: sc all around = 2 RNDS of 18 sc

RND 6: 1 sc, 1 dec (6x) = 12 sc

Continue working on the hair with the same yarn


HAIR

RND 1: FLO, 1 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 18 sc

Sl st in the 1s st, and ch1

(Do these in each RND of the hair)

RND 2: 1 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc (6x) = 24 sc

Start the RND with 1 sc & 1 inc then continue to 2 sc & 1 inc around (end the RND with 1 sc)

RND 3: 3 sc, 1 inc = 30 sc

RND 4: 2 sc, 1 inc, 4 sc (6x) = 36 sc

Start the RND with 2 sc & 1 inc then continue to 4 sc & 1 inc around (end the RND with 2 sc)

RND 5: 5 sc, 1 inc (6x) = 42 sc

RND 6 - 8: sc all around = 3 RNDS of 42 sc

RND 9: ch 3, 1 dc in the same st, 1 dc in each of the next 18 sts, 1 hdc, 1 sl st in each 2 sts, 1 hdc, 1 dc in each of the next 19 sts = 42 sts

Sl st in the 3rd ch, weave the yarn end inside of the hair, and cut off the excess yarn. Stuff the bun with fiberfill firmly


Collar

Crochet with Pink Lemonade yarn

Find the first st of RND 15, insert to front loop, and ch 1

(Work in front loops only)


1 sc in the same st, 1 sc in each of next 2 sts, ch 4 (skip the sts of the arms), 1 sc in each front loops of 6 sts, ch 4 (skip the sts of the other arms), 1 sc in each front loops of 3 sts

sl st in the first st, cut off the yarn and hide the yarn tail.


SKIRT

Crochet with Pink Lemonade yarn

Take the body upside down and find the first st of RND 4, insert to front loop and ch 3 (works in FLO)


(2 dc in the next st, 3 dc in next st) repeat 14x = 70 dc

Consider the ch 3 as 1 dc

sl st in the 3rd ch, cut off the yarn and hide the yarn tail



Hair bun bow:

Cut out a yarn using Pink Lemonade yarn about 15 cm long, wrap it (3x) on the hair bun and tie it to make a bow at the back of the hair bun
